I recently ordered a bow from Fiddlershop. It was sent out with Fiddlershop's usual quickness, but there were issues with the delivery that were of no fault of the folks at Fiddlershop. Roger at at Fiddlershop called the parties involved, got the issue resolved, and I received the package. It could not have been done without Roger's quick assistance. Another example as to why Fiddlershop is known for its quality customer service.
