Itzhak Perlman’s NYC townhouse put up for sale back in March.  Nice size spread, at 8000sq ft.   Not so nice monthly taxes ($7161!!!)

Odd, most people pay taxes once a year. Maybe when your taxes are $85,932 a year, if the $7161 a month is a month, not a year, you have to pay monthly? Oh, to have that problem.

This was from March 2022 and according to the listing, updated Sept 27, 2022, it was temporarily off market, wonder if they decided not to sell, or just had to take it off for some reason and will put it back on the market. Maybe, the market was not favorable?
