Thanks guys but it is on my mind a lot.

Just to give you an update about what is taking up more of my time. My daughter will be moving out and I am renovating her condo. Not all that much but it does steel even more time from me. The good news is that once that is done and she has moved out, we will have the extra room which will be my new studio/fiddlershop space.

It's great that you'll have your fiddlershop space, no more boxes all over the house, but you will miss your buddy.

Haha. That's gotta be worth it.
Not to mention the loss of an immediate financial burden no doubt. Instead of the "dad, can I borrow $50?" if there is a car journey back home involved, you may not be on the receiving end of the question.
But then, it'll be accumulated. She'll be at your front door and you'll get the "dad, can I borrow $1500?"
Kids eh?

I can't wait to see the finished product.  I wish I could participate, but first things first...gotta get me a violin, lol.  This waiting untils Fathers Day is MURDER!!  Sooner I get the thing...the sooner I can start practicing.  Maybe by the time fo the next contest I will have enough skill to at least attempt a submission.  Looking forward to seeing everyone work.

I'm excited to see the results. I've been busy the last few weeks building a big porch on my house and help my dad move into my sister's town house so he can live closer to where he works.

DL,

Nice to see you back.  Had me worried, we hadn't heard from you in awhile.

My husband's injuries are healed up. I do look forward to playing some tunes on the front porch.amuse Better than listening to my neighbor revving his jeep several times every day.

I think I hear the title for another of Jim's songs -

"My Neighbor Revs His Jeep But I Fiddle Anyway"

or

"The Jeep-Revving Boogie"

That bird can keep rhythm and beats better than I can! Probably better intonation, too. That was a neat video. I hope they gave her a lot of water and as much food as she wanted when she was done. That was a lot of singing. Neat video.

Does not hold a candle to the group. Love watching these group performance videos.
