DL, I think you should. You weren't wearing a pirate outfit, and from what I have seen of your outfits, it would be a cracker!!!

I thinking I will have to wear an eyepatch, some earings and a bandanna at least! Lol!

DL, you don't have to redo yours for this but when the time comes you need to record yourself using the click track or I can never mix it. Everyone needs to use the click for it all to come together perfectly. However, if you like to redo it you are more than welcome to. It's a great way to learn and improve right?

Pierre is May 1 a typo? because in chatbox it was june 1 lol. Just want to make sure the info is correct.

The shoutbox was a mistake, sorry, however I think I said something about the 15th now if that is cool with everyone.

I'll made the change on the site now too.

Thank Abby for me Gail, it's a true resemblance :-) Beautiful drawing with lots of nice colors.

Thanks!  Abby is a budding artist.  She really captured your blue eyes and blond face!  So far she hasn't shown any interest in music, though.  I'll tell her you like it.

cool

Warning, warning!!!

Ok. I just practiced along with the click track two times, counting carefully. The click track seems to end way too early. I think I just got through measure 96.

I counted through the click track without attempting to play, it is definitely 96 measures long instead of 106, so I guess we will just have to keep going without it! That said, all of the clickety clackety was making me a total nervous wreck, so I am listening long enough to get the beat for all of my dotted halfs and then just playing without it. I can ALMOST make it through to the end without getting completely flustered, so I guess that is progress! Some of the notes are even right, LOL!

I'm glad it's not just me. I had never played with a click track before - I was sure I was counting incorrectly.

I never played with a clip track ether. I just got done recording and waiting on the final editing to take effect. I have to edit mp4 file on Youtube. This is the best I can do.

I asked Pierre about that.  He told me to use the click track because it's a different speed than the mp3.  I wasn't aware that the click is truncated.

I can play all my part 5, I fumble some notes but I recover but playing with only the click track makes me nervous so I always go back to the mp3
