This is part 1 - going to the ball. Part 2 will be attached later, after a few drams and as if played by a tipsy fiddler..... (practicing the gliss but hopefully ending up on the right note.. that'll be a laugh - well - I think it deserves such an interpretation !!!! ).
Thanks to the backing-track I'm just about in-time if not actually totally in-tune - I used an ABC track playing synth accordion - I left it there, at quite a low level...

Oh - and yes - I am still gonna contribute to both the @Barry can-can and the Holst project - basic as my attempts may be - I haven't forgotten - LOL

LMAO FM - I just *knew* in spite of your earlier reticence that you would like it ! ( well, I say "like" - OK - I know 'like' - well that's a bit too strong a word - but thank you FM ).

I'm getting closer to what I want it to be - intonation is improving following a major re-configuration of the left-hand grip - and hopefully eliminating the "death grip".

And, what's more, the follow-up - being the "fiddler's return from the ball" ( which is entirely my own invention) , is the fiddler, staggering along the dark forest paths from the grand-house back to his little hovel - with a few drinks inside him - should be fun.... working on that for a laugh for all our FM friends !

The "Fiddler's Return frae Kirriemuir" should be hopefully be posted soon ! LOL

OK. That sounded pretty cool.

Good done. Nice sounding especially with backing track! Thanks!
