I was pretty impressed with the depth of instruction I saw in some associated videos with this Book!

CelloMind

I was equally impressed by the teachers who authored it - Hans Jørgen Jensen & Minna Rose Chung!

  • Become a Master of Intonation
  • Develop a solid left-hand technique
  • Take lessons on-the-go with digital resources

PracticeMind

Learn:

  • How to develop great practice habits
  • The secrets behind successful goal setting
  • How to become much more patient
  • How to become stronger and deal with setbacks
  • A simple but smart method for mental practice
  • Effective problem solving techniques
  • The value of fundamental practice
  • The reason that the Deliberate Practice Method is so important
  • The importance of score study
  • The many ways of listening
  • The significance of intuition for musicians
  • The urgency and importance of recording yourself

...just let me know if this info has already been shared somewhere else - thought it was pretty cool.

I have seen quite many ads of these two, and they have been highly praised. I was actually thinking if I should buy one of them as a christmas present for myself. But they are quite expensive, and the truth is I’m lazy to read books in English…🫣 So I didn't want to spend that much money because I'm not sure I can read and understand everything. Also, I think it would be hard to choose which one is better. If you could only get one because of the high price, which one would it be?

I would like to hear all opinions if anyone has read these.

I have seen many great mini-lesson videos on Instagram by the author of these books.
