i like some of his interpritations. they're so different and they make me think about the music more, and not just things like the time periode and how they might have played it back then. like violins and cellos and even flutes or recorders, they sometimes play bach's straight 8th notes with a little bit of leniency with the rhythm. (like holding one 8th note longer to give it more importance. but most piano players just play it straight. i just dont know why the piano should play it straight while other instruments dont.
only thing is, my piano teacher doesn't like the way he plays at all.
