For Violin, Viola & Cello!  

I can't decide if this is really a relaxation exercise or a bowing exercise! 

Probably both - helps focus on that delicate relationship the bow has with the strings.

Played on the G,D & A open strings, it's a Play-Along from Christian Howes for everyone, but with a little different atmosphere. 

This is GREAT for BEGINNERS! 

I always have to remember to relax & breathe, to practice relaxing - I'm not a complete newbie, but this was helpful.
