I came across this post when looking at posts from the beginning of the forum. As I read it, I thought it might be a good one to revisit. It is a thread about observations made by Oliver, a member from 2011. I am posting the link to the thread here.

He was watching Fiddlerman Vibrato videos. I think it is interesting the things that Oliver noticed and questioned Fiddlerman about. I think maybe we can learn from this old post. The topic Title is Vibrato Video and is on page 81 in this section, in case something happens to this link.

I think that it would be best to just comment on that thread instead of this one. It is not a long thread, and did not meander off topic. If it had, I would have quoted and pasted the pertinent parts here to continue it, but, when it is commented on, it should bring it up the ladder to be with new posts. 

So, any comments should be made to the topic the above link brings you to. It is quite interesting. How Oliver watched the video. his questions and Fiddlerman's responses. It is still applicable today.
