Hello, I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I play violin as well as flute, piano, and guitar. Lately my wrists having been hurting and they seem to get worse after I play. Sometimes my fingers even get a bit tingly. It makes it a bit challenging to practice when my wrists hurt so I was wondering if there were any sort of hand stretches or anything I could do to help with this?

@Minnie -
Welcome to the Fiddlerman Forum!
It sounds like you are already injured and should seek professional medical advice, before you do anything else.
I can recommend this thread - only to help prevent injury.

I had to have both of my wrists operated on, way before I started playing the violin, because of tendon problems.
There are members here who have had to deal with nerve issues and pain related to playing.
I hope you are feeling better, soon!

Throwing in my two cents - and as cautioned above, it's only personal experience : as for me, whenever something hurts (wrist, fingers, …), if related to playing and/or worsened by playing, my golden rule is not to force it.
I totally stop playing for a few days, until the pain has disappeared (it always did disappear more or less quickly up to now, I never got anything serious - which doesn't mean you don't, in which case your doctor can help you best).
