Finally got around to recording my choice for this party! Breton Gavotte, a traditional tune. After mis-posting in Thomas's thread, I've moved it here! lol

This is a GREAT tune - sounds PERFECT for the Blood Moon!
String crossings are not easy on the Viola.
One of the 1st things I noticed when I got my Viola, was how awkward string-crossings felt, because the strings are too far apart (in comparison to a violin).
Enjoyed listening - glad you joined the Party!
It's funny, I was wondering why I didn't see your video here.
...I'm blaming everything on the Lunar Eclipse. (lol)

I commented on this last night John for some reason my comment hasnt shown up, I said that I thought it sounded very French, and also a bit nautical, really nice playing and great to listen to.

@stringy - Thanks, I saw that in the other thread, too. After Emily pointed out that I posted it in the wrong thread, I removed it from that one and put it here. Your kind words are really appreciated! I do have some accidental double stops and some scrapes, but I'm relatively happy with how it turned out!
