Knocking around plans for a second Amateur Hour in the coming months, maybe before FiddleFest comes around again, and trying to gauge interest.

I a trying to remember if I participate in the amature hour or just a regular StreetJelly Fiddlerman show?
I forgot about StreetJelly! I checked my profile, it says I have done 4 shows?!
If the timing is right I would enjoy performing.

FIDDLE- Gift from a dear friend. A 1930-40 german copy, of a french copy of a Stradivarius. BOW - $50 carbon fiber. Strings - Dominants with E Pirastro Gold string.

@RockingLR33 - cool. A suggestion - get yourself set up with whatever kit you want to use (some folks just use the laptop inbuilt cam and mic, others prefer to use a web-cam, and perhaps a separate external mic.) - Anyway - the point is - you can do "test" runs on SJ, where no-one but you sees or hears the performance. There is quite a discussion about getting yourself set up for SJ elsewhere on the forum - hang on I'll try find it - try this - it also has links to other set-up info -

Ok I set up my account but i can't seem to get my web cam to play along with their broadcasting. Anyone with a mac have the same issues and know how to fix it? I tried looking it up but i couldn't find a "help" section for the broadcasting not working.

I have a mac, but haven't had issues. What kind of error are you having with it? I can try to help. Are you using an external camera or the built in?

I'm using the built in camera. I go to test the equipment and it just says Error no source. "This is what you'll see" part is blank.....I wonder if mayhap I need to enable some adobe flash or some such. It's an older mac but with updated software....hummm. I added a screenshot
just to clarify it.

With one update my Mac did a few months back, I keep having to allow the Flash player to be used on websites. I told it to remember StreetJelly, but it doesn't always. That might be the problem you are having.
