This recent video caught my eye.
For folks starting with an ACOUSTIC instrument(s) RIGHT NOW, I think this looks like a good way to begin making/recording your own music - with your own backing!
Taetro breaks down the order in which to buy equipment - budget friendly!
...I have my Mini Spark amp that acts as an interface, but I've been thinking for some time about a midi controller with the keyboard & drum pad. Nice to see how to use a mic for the times I'd like to record my acoustic 5-string Viola without video. I still prefer to use the larger viewing screen of a laptop.
The little I've checked out about the 'BandLab Music Making Studio App' Info, it's got good reviews & seems fairly easy to learn - advertised as FOR beginners. I'm going to look into it more, because I might be less apt to freeze my brain with this software. 🥴
Taetro's YT Channel has some other interesting/informative videos that are related.
