Start with getting the 2nd finger on the D string F natural much lower and the same thing with the 2nd finger on the A string C natural. Though you played the F well at 0:31 but the following E is too low.

IOW, in this key signiture your 1st and 2nd finger should connected to each other on the D and A string.
