question why dont i hear a nice soft sound even if i tried i know its not in tune and its recorded from a webcam mic cant i make a sound good sound from this instrument or is there any faults in my teq?

Well, for one thing, it sound's like you are pressing too hard with the bow and not sliding the bow over the string's at a constant speed. Sound's kinda jerky, like you are using really short stroke's.
Is it a real cheap violin ?
Does the sound post need relocating.
The type of string's you have on it.
There are many reason's for the sound of a violin.
It really doesn't sound all that bad, i've heard alot worse.

I'd have to agree with Fiddlestix about bow pressure. It seems like it's just a little too much, but that cleans up in time.
The only other thing I could hear is where you are pressing down on the strings, then slightly letting up, giving a little bit of tone/pitch change. I had the same problem when I first picked up violin earlier this year. Once you build a little more confidence in your finger placement, your notes will clean up very nicely! Plus, if you stay aware of your finger placement and how slight movements affect pitch, you'll have the beginnings of vibrato basics!
I love the fact that you're working through your issues and are willing to share! I know I was extremely nervous to let others here my playing at first! .......now, they usually throw stuff at me to get me to stop!
Hopefully, we can see you playing next time to help you further! It's amazing what you'll find once you see a recording of yourself! It's really helpful!
