Bummer that you over did it Denise.
What I do when I can't play... (because I am at the @#!@-ing office) to make good use of time that I can not play is to dicipher sheet music.. read up on music theory and do my best to just become involved....this includes listening to the music I want to play over and over, learning the words, if there are words.
Sending vibes for healing and care to that shoulder.
