Yay... Chris...you go!!!! I am so pleased to hear your beginning efforts. Keep it up. Your videos are GREAT..down to earth and you are great in front of the camera...send some of that confidence my way...please...I have a big Hate relationship with the camera...I hate it and it hates me...

There is not any law about wrist position but it definitely affects finger placement.

Your bow rosin is new and hard to get the sheen off the surface. Here's what I do with mine, I use a piece of sand paper to scuff up the surface and leave the loose powder on the rosin cake when I run the bow across it.
What is the trick to getting a jpg file to upload here, I do what it say's and like the last file's I attached had to be uploaded in a different post. Now I have to do the same thing with these picture's.

Way to go Chris. I especially like the way you hold the bow when repositioning your hold for the video. You'll soon feel comfortable with it and be able to relax your hand at which time you will not be getting hand cramps. It's still SUPER new for you. I like that you are keeping your fingers together. Just make sure that you have at least a slight bend in both your thumb and pinky.
