Ah yes, I see what you mean. I think it's written that way in the book I learned it from, lo those many years ago. I even tried to write it like that, but I couldn't figure out how to make the program give me a pick-up beat.
... you do mean to put the first two eighth notes (A+B) together, and then start the first real bar with the first fourth (C), right?

I think you'll have to forget picking anyone up on your Notepad, or maybe I'm wrong. Internet today is pretty awesome for that kind of thing I hear.
Yes, Alexander got in touch with me. He said you'd told him about me. We've been planning to meet up for a while now, but things kept getting in the way. Perhaps this week-end. Should be fun! I'm also hugely curious about his viola, because I don't think I've ever actually seen one live!
Thank you for the Finale instructions! I'll see what I can do tomorrow.
Oh, and since we're still in my ghostbusting thread, let's get back on topic: Did you get my file that I sprended? I've never used Sprend before so I'm uncertain about the whole thing...

I got it Alma. Thanks so much for doing it and sending it. Imagine that you participated after such a short period of playing. Bravo!!!
No, thank you! These projects are fantastic.
Let me know how the duo ends up with you and Alexander
I believe that learning with others makes it that much funner.
I agree. Thanks for "setting us up".
