The Masterclass Foundation sells DVDs with expert performers teaching nearly as expert students their own interpretation of various musical pieces.  I purchased one last year of Maxim Vengerov teaching parts of a Bach Sonata.  Although the music itself is beyond me right now, I still feel like I was able to get a lot from watching the class anyways.
