Ok, so I came across this tune on Youtube a while back and never heard of it before but I rather enjoyed it. It was on one of those buy this lesson websites so I did by the lesson so I could learn the song. The lesson was very easy to follow and it also came with some jam tracks.

Here is my attempt at playing the tune. I am playing along with the video so I am trying to play it up to speed. I gladly welcome any and all feedback on improvements I can make. It definitely needs to be cleaned up some. I always seem to have difficulty with the transition between the A and E strings on the second part.

Here is also the video I am playing along with for reference

Good show!   You will be a happy fiddler.  The speed will happen.

Your left hand seems under good control .... fingers close to the action.  That's a winner.

Great job.

My advice is to use accents to time the right hand and the left hand a little better. In otherwords play at least mental accents on the first sixteenth of every beat or the 1st and 3rd beat. Just for a while to get it real synchronized.

Keep up the great work and thanks for the post.

I seem to have a hard time with timing between my left and right hands. I think that if I could improve that it would help all of the other songs that I play. I will work on the mental accents and see if I can make that work. I think that I will have a hard time with that since I am always concentrating on playing the song right thought dazed

Thank you for the comments and advice.
