I found these on Google books, a nifty collection of solo pieces by different composers as well as some folk tunes. In the left hand column, click "About this book" and look down at the "other issues" for the second volume. To download, look for the gray pull down menu on the upper right hand side with a cog on it. Here is a screenshot of No. 1, Vol. 1, but each month came with about 8 pieces:

Unfortunately I only see part of a JPG.
The bottom half of the piece is not present either. There is no grey pull down menu either. Do you have the link? I can help you post it the way you want to.

Pierre, the link "these" links to Google Books- I just tried the link and it went straight to it. I merely posted the jpg for an example of one of the pages. On Google Books, the drop down menu I mentioned looks like this (top, right hand side): 

 

 

The drop down menu gives you the option of downloading in PDF or EPUB (:
