Hello everyone!!
Today we start an official
Fiddlerman Beatles Party with a PRIZE
It is quite simple.
Make a video of yourself playing a Beatles Video. You can play any instrument, any version of any Beatles song. 
The song you choose can be any Beatles song or "former" Beatles song... let's open this up to the individual Beatles members and their latter tunes. 
The easiest way is to make a Youtube video and post the link.
This is a for "fun" post party, not a critique section. If you want your video up for critique, please cross post in the critique forum. Feel free to dress up.

I have this 'older' (meaning from December 20 lol) one when I was practicing :)) Not sure it qualifies, but currently I have no Beatles songs on my mind.. Also have a bunch of early recordings of Eleanor Rigby hehe.

@Mimi Aysha Great News. I have to polish up a Few. I have Yesterday, Imagine, and actually a whole book that I bought. I have been also working on "And I love her.." I learned Let it Be by Ear.. at least the first two Chorus'... I wonder if I should throw that up. I need some privacy at home as well.

We are just here for fun. We have been doing the YouTube video parties for a long time and have a blast with it.

Hmmm, great idea but I don't know if I'm going to find the time to do it! 
Things are busy chez moi at the moment (my wife is laid up with a fracture and I'm having to do everything from the cooking to the ironing!).

So this is what happens when you think you can play something first time and mess up but it was fun....starting my weekend with a giggle....more practice for me....obviously!

I haven 't been recording I had major frozen arm and should from nerves. It should go away. Also I play better when I play without sheet. I have so many songs,tune, pieces that I am playing these days, I use stacks of sheet.
I have some Fiddlerman free sheet but I also bought a book. Its got a lot of songs.

Thanks guys, so sweet of you - I just rewatched it - awful, but I committed to it.
Inspired to learn more - I ran out of bow, was playing with only the top end, left hand all wrong, (probably right hand too) ran through it once - made me realize that even though there may have only been 7-8 notes in the whole song - that I can play, I probably only hit the right ones less than 50 per cent of the time - wow
So prep (duh!) - I keep watching other vids, but to watch myself I can learn a ton from my own mistakes....enlightening!
Also, now I know my hubby loves me, as he never complains when I play ...unlike the dog!
