If I’m tired or sore I still try to play – even if I’m barely making a bow sound – just to keep fingers moving right, if nothing else.

Trying to be smoother with string crossing. I’ll get there, but probably best to wait until my shoulder cooperates. My shifting has improved with my cello, but my string crossings need attention now.

I didn’t really benefit from it with the sore shoulder. Maybe it was because I was paying attention to the bowing yesterday. I guess working on bowing with a sore bowing shoulder really does not work. 🙂

My shoulder is a little tight to be playing either the violin, viola or cello, so I have to hold off. I tried my cello yesterday and my right shoulder got sore. I continued a bit because I was working on something…
