Thanks for the good wishes for Les. He's fine and recovering well from heart surgery! Actually, I did send in a video. It is the other Leana that didn't. This is getting confusing... But fun!

Just in case anyone still wants to send their submissions, I haven't started yet!

Is there a part you need more of? I was working on Violin 1, but only had time to submit cello 3 (though I'd guess you've got plenty of part 1).

Oh - I thought I had mentioned this - probably did on another FB forum - not a happy bunny - this is the first project I'm missing out on since I joined. About 3 weeks back, I had three good parts practiced, but none recorded yet. Then, my left hand index finger had an argument with my hand-saw and received a deep cut on the lower fleshy part of that finger..... It started healing OK, but then got infected. It's only just getting back to normal... of course I have not helped the healing process by insisting I at least try to play a few minutes at a time every day.... Heck,I had even got myself some white and some black face paint to get a real scary look.... Oh well, it'll still be there for next year !
Still, I can't wait to see the finished performance !

Oh no, get well soon, BillyG! I am still struggling with my finger/hand injury so I can relate. I may never get back to how I was, but I am grateful for what I can do. It sounds like there's no holding you back, though!

LOL - gosh, thanks for the good wishes folks ! I wasn't "feeling sorry for myself" - just a bit "miffed" that I missed out, and feeling REALLY stupid to have let it occur in the first place, given the amount of timber I have cut over the years..... Idiot....

I am so happy that you are on the mend. I know how dedicated you are to the group projects. Just will not be the same.... I hope you will be feeling better for Fiddlefest.

I started mixing on Friday but this weekend was a sailing club cruise and raft up on a nearby lake. Didn't spend more than like 6 hours on the project.
If anyone uploads their videos and send me links today, I'll still have time to mix them in.

P.S. I could have cheated- cuz I know I could have done the pieces, and then stitched them together, but I'm sure that would have taken me just as long as practicing to get it right. I can't do either. although !! I always get ideas like that !
