Most of us have seen various Escher pictures of structurally-impossible objects like the never-ending Penrose staircase -

Now that's disturbing enough for me - but THIS auditory illusion is possibly worse (a "Shepard tone")... And no, I did not listen to 10 hours of it.....

An old mix engineer trick is to insert a shepard tone track to eliminate wolf tones from the string section...;)   just saying.  Lol
