All very good advice. But quite a ask rofl

My concert attire is never ready. facepalm And I've not thought about the condition of my tonsils for a very long time. bunny-headbang

It sounds to be advice from an earlier time :) But good advice none the less.

Seen it all. Done it all. Can't remember most of dunno ..... What was I saying???? facepalm

What a great list Barry.  It all seems like sound advice. 

I am curious about tonsils and allergies and teeth.   Maybe inflammation can affect the hearing?  or cause light headness? Or just a lot of issues..sneezing, coughing, pain that would affect a musician?    

I am not questioning it.  I just mostly found it interesting that those three items were  on the list.
