So, this morning I went down the wall rack and tuned, and cleaned all the violins. I rosined up all the bows as I did that and played each of them. It was actually kind of fun. I had forgotten how different they all sound. I played the same songs, my repertoire is very limited.

I still can't do pieces with a lot of 8th, 16th, etc notes. Or basic melody changes within the same piece. Or, key changes. They just shut me down, when I see them. So, still just simple tunes with some shifting. The bowing is more than I can do for those, too. I need to find a good book for that. The violin books I have don't really help and I do NOT like videos. I don't have the patience for them. Don't even get me started. You know what will happen, 😂😂😂.

Anyway, the instruments look really nice. I have to do the 2 violas next. Later today or tomorrow. My shoulder is giving me a hissy fit. It put a quick end to my cello playing yesterday, so I read more of the Ivan Galamian book that was recommended. That, as far as I am concerned, constitutes lesson time.

Drat! I forgot my electric violin. I skipped right over it. How did I do that? Too much of a rush to cut my husband's hair, I think.

Please ignore any typos. My typing ability on a real typewriter did not transfer to these device key pads.
