Neat video showing some basic features of musescore.  liked what he says towards the end of the video about us having access to tools like this compared to previous..  I believe this is a free program still.

Yup @gregw great bit of well supported freeware.   Definitely my go-to tool for most anything to do with creating music now.  There are also some great sound-fonts available in the public domain as well which can be plugged-in to MS.

I seriously recommend not copying my mistakes. D'oh - guntohead.JPG
