Got the nerve to video myself and share. Please let me know what I can improve on. I used to play late 60's and now picked it up again. Very motivated to do so after finding this website. This is with the very old steel strings but yesterday I replaced them with new FM strings. Can't wait to hear how it sounds.
Hia @Fran - I know it depends on what technology you have there - but a 110 MB .mov file takes 20 minutes to download here..... (and worse for some folks still on dial-up - so I guess I'm lucky compared to some - sort of ...) Dumping it to YouTube or Vimeo etc etc etc makes it easier for many folks.... I cannot see it in "real time" without downloading - .... it's started now - I'll view it later - and get back to you ! LOL, and thanks in advance for sharing it...
EDIT: Doh - actulay - today - probably cos it is weekend and there is heavy demand - it's gonna take 45 mins ! LOLOL - man I love living here....
I seriously recommend not copying my mistakes. D'oh -

Ahhhh, my apologies @Fran - I had set the download going and completely forgot about it !
Nice tune, one I love to mess around with myself !
I take it you've now got the FM strings fitted ? Keep up the good work !

YVW @Fran - as I say - I'm "messing" with the tune Ode-to-Joy - and starting to to improvise with it - all good fun.... it's what we do... thanks again for the post - good stuff at early days - and what's more - a LOT more to come - I can tell that already ! Enjoy your journey - it will be a blast !!!!
