I'll add my vote for any project--I looked at this thread specifically to see if something had been decided upon. I liked the Adagio myself, in either key, as long as it has a part suitable for an early intermediate player.

Again, I think Pierre should just pick something and go ahead with it.

We've NEVER had more than a handful of vocal people on this forum about any project, and the last one got over 90 people.

Also, I don't think we've missed out. If something can be arranged in the next week or two, there's still plenty time for people to learn their parts. It's possible to get these going very quickly, especially if the arrangement isn't hard.

That rings true, Andrew. I suspect if @Fiddlerman (or one of the other site administrators) selected a tune and posted it, other folks would see it and join in. With this many forum members, it can be difficult to field and gain consensus, especially since we're not the ones who will ultimately prepare the arrangement. We may need to rely on Fiddlerman's instincts at this point as to whether a Halloween tune is feasible, or if we need to look toward the next holiday.

I guess Halloween this year is out of the question. Sorry. Next year we'll get started REAL early. Let's focus on "Let it Snow" and make it fantastic.
