I am a HUGE fan of Studio Ghibli animated films, especially those created by Hayao Miyazaki - and his main composer was Joe Hisaishi (aka. Mamoru Fujisawa).
Here's one of my favorites, from "My Neighbor Totoro" - "Path of The Wind", by Joe Hisaishi!
Play-along sheet music, with 'normal' & 'half' speed - also available as full tutorials.
Another favorite, "Merry-Go-Round of Life", by Joe Hisaishi - from "Howl's Moving Castle"!
