Hello everyone! I'm very excited to have found this site and forum!!

 

I'm never too good at introducing myself but here goes. I am 33 and just got my first fiddle 2 weeks ago for my 2nd wedding anniversary. I think my husband had finally gotten tired of me saying 'I've always wanted to learn how to play the fiddle.' So here I am. I am signed up for my first lesson next Monday and can't wait.

I played the flute in middle and high school but have not touched an instrument in over 16 years. So I will be relearning how to read music and all. I'm really looking forward to all the tips and information that this site seems to offer. Not to mention a community that seems to really offer advice.

So here I am taking the plunge into something unknown and completely new!!
