I am trying to get subscribers on my youtube channel, but its like I'm stuck on 14.
Do you guys have any advice?

If you can work out how to get more subscribers you will make a fortune selling your secret. All I can suggest is ask as many of your friends, or maybe put it on facebook.

You can share your videos with all your friends and on all your social media, but what it ultimately boils down to is if your videos are interesting enough that people start sharing them. Good luck.

Hi, @SiennaAViolin ! This is a great question and should be helpful for other members here. I just watched your videos. Nicely done.
I am wondering, I am no expert on getting viewers to YouTube, or using YouTube. You all know me and my audience issues. But, I do have a suggestion, take it for what it is worth.
Why not do more interaction with viewers? Maybe explain a little about the learning process, time it took you to practice before doing the video, maybe some funny anecdote. You could even provide some blooper videos. Funny practice lessons, not just all videos of completed pieces. It seems the YouTube channels that I have visited with a good number of viewers have interaction with viewers. Talk to the viewers.
I wouldn't go on and on, like my posts do, before getting to your piece you are posting. Maybe a little intro, and a little chit chat at the end, instead of just starting and ending, without interacting with your viewers. And, always thank them for viewing at the end, and let them know you will be working on the next one and ask them to come back, and invite them to view your current listing in the meantime.

My suggestion is to go on YouTube Creators and you will find tons of videos on increasing subscribers and improving your channel and videos.

I share my videos on all the groups I take an active part in. I try not to just spam random groups on FB with my stuff though, as it probably just annoys people.
Apparently the YouTube algorithm likes regular publication of videos, so lately I've tried to release one every two weeks. It remains to be seen how long I can keep it up!

Another thing: make sure your thumbnails really stand out and, importantly, describe your video's content accurately and succinctly. That makes a big difference if it gets recommended at the end of someone else's video.
