The electric is just to fun, it has so many settings

and will take quite some time to find out what

they all are. Am enjoying it and who knows where

i will wind up with this one. Can see where these

would be good for rock music.

thank you

And here's my own rendition of Molly Malone:

http://youtu.be/WqaPhLr5ojc

BTW, don't know what happened with the video on YouTube. It was supposed to be widescreen, but somehow the aspect ratio got changed and it looks squished. If I try to fix it, St. Patrick's Day will be over. :)

Thanks so much for coming to the party, everyone!!! I really enjoyed all the videos!I only wish we could have partied in person. Maybe someday...in Ireland.

HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY to all!!

Wow, thanks for throwing a great party, Diane!  And may I say that I think your Molly Malone is the best performance I've heard from you yet?  Really good playing---it sounds great.

Thanks to everybody else, too, for your great playing!

I had a few pieces in mind but settled on my slow version of Swallowtail Jig, lowered a fifth. Here it is, unedited, imperfections and all, recorded just today.

I thought so, too, Ken, because I know it as Loch Lomond, but I noticed the title that SunshineB used -- Red is the Rose -- so I just googled it and apparently, the melody is also an Irish tune.

http://www.ireland-information.....rose.shtml

So, once again, I've learned something new on Fiddlerman.com. :)

@Feathers: I love the rainbow effect. Did you project that on the wall or did you add it when you edited the video? Just curious.

@RosinedUp: Thanks for the compliment! Maybe I was inspired by the excellent violinists I saw and heard at Mondo Musica New York this past weekend. ;)

Great job all!

What an impressive turnout for this! I count 16 live submissions. I wonder if this is a record for participation.

@Diane - Thanks, glad you liked it. And yes, it's projected on the wall.

It's a light that's supposed to be for kids called: Rainbow In My Room.

Also - Thank you for the great party, was a lot of fun!
