Most of the time I play short tunes without repeating parts. This is my first ‘longer’ song with a repeat. And as you can see I have a second violin at the background that’s playing the notes with me 😃

Well done at 7 months in to playing... thumbs-up

Your intonation sounds (to me) pretty good - you soon won't need the tapes any more ! 🙂

Thanks for sharing your progress !

@damfino Thanks a lot 😃

@BillyG Thanks a lot Billy. I know there comes a day I have to remove the tapes 😃 But just the fact that the tapes are there makes me more confident, specially when I recording my self. Have to learn to trust myself more, but that time will come!

I'm working now on a tune for your project party, 4th of July 🎻

good going, mookje, great that you can focus to pull off longer and longer pieces.

... ah, those tapes. Mine melted off on a hot Sunday a few weeks ago and my teach stuck new one right back on. Oh well.

You're doing great!

That was great! You have really good bow control and Intonation sounded good too. I would say work on wrist flexibility. If you feel you don't need the tapes all of the time, I recommend using black tape. It gives you confidence because you still have tape, but it is harder to see so it forces you to use your ears more.

@ryonass Thanks a lot for your reaction, I really appreciated it and I’m going to work on my wrist flexibility now. So many things to think about in the beginning 😃 Great tip about the black tape.

@Uzi Tanks a lot!
