I hope you feel better.

I love Scarborough.  I have seen/ heard many different versions.  I love them all.

Yes/no. I didn't record a bass track, but it's a jumbo guitar so the bass is augmented.

Just catching up here...yay, a new party! The Scratchy Sisters have been looking for a new gig, so this should do nicely. :)

When the work's all done and the sun's settin' low,

I pull out my fiddle and I rosin up the bow.

Well, here is the promised vid :)

I've been a bit "off colour" over the last week with the flu and all but here it is.

I don't know why I haven't learned this tune before now but that oversight has been corrected.

I'm still 'suffering' a bit so I only played it through one time but I'be edited it in twice so as to give it some lenght. Couldn't do it twice without coughing or something.

Edit: @Barry Barry, come on mate. I've shown you mine, now you show me yours. rofl

Nice job, John Luck / Ferret. Good intonation.

As far as having the flu, I know there are no squirrels in Aus and no rabies, I'm shocked that you Aussies allow the flu bug in there.

Get well soon, mate, we have Skyping  coming up soon.

Ken @Fiddlestix

Thanks mate. Am feeling somewhat better now.

Thanks for the kind words. As I said in an earlier topic/post, intonation is 'King', so it's gratifying to hear that it's 'coming along'. :)

These little 'member's projects' are very useful to us learners. It makes us put it out there and, by doing so, they make us try our best.

Its true about the squirrels and the rabies. Our customs and quarantine people are 'really' good but they need to get up to speed when it comes to those Flu Bugs. smile

I will PM you about the Skype thumbs-up

Right  on John.  I think it is sweet that now after these years..we can pick up a song or two in a short period of time and enjoy it.

Good playing for sure.  I love it.

Glad the flu bug is out the door.

Great job, Toni! @coolpinkone

@Ferret That's my plan: to get the Scratchy Sisters together this weekend. Hopefully, I...I mean we...can pull it off.

:)

When the work's all done and the sun's settin' low,

I pull out my fiddle and I rosin up the bow.
