Thanks for posting! Love how he had to play with the theraband... [in thick Russian accent] make him play strong like bull.

perhaps yall dont realize, the only person in the room is the student violinist looking at a projection wall. Projected onto the wall is the video chat of Zuckerman in his studio with his assistant. and that was back in 02. I wish my skype could do that.

What in hell are you talking about ?

Yeah, very incredible.  Especially considering that at about 5 min he walks over with the red band for the kid.  3d fx in '02 must have been much better than they are now, unless I am misunderstanding?

Can be a video conference with a second student, maybe.

Well, I don't think it's impossible for most any modern video chat to do that, really.  Wall sized projection screens aren't uncommon with folks that do the home theatre thing.  It isn't near as expensive or "out there" as it once was.  Definitely a cool idea.

His opening comments were profound and moving. The whole point of this thread was to watch training on bow control from a great master.

Apology accepted.

EXCELLENT!  EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT... EXCELLENT!!!

LOVE THE HUMOR, Mr. Jim!

Everyone can benefit from the Zuckerman video in the OP!

The Mark O'Connor video shows SO MUCH THAT'S GREAT to appreciate about playing the violin/fiddle!
