Has anyone ever tried this violin?

Hi there!

Have you ever tried the Stentor Conservatoire? 

I'm going to buy my first violin, so I would like to know if it's a good choice :D

And then is better a used violin or a new one? 

I'm quite confused, can someone help me please?

The only Stentor's that we tested here at Fiddlershop had sound-posts that didn't even have angles in the same corresponding direction with posts that had 3 grains and after changing the post they still didn't sound great.
Having said that, I don't know which one the "Conservatoire" is but it's probably a better one then the ones we tried. :-)
If you would like a great price on one give us a call and we'll get you the best price available. Are you familiar with MAP pricing and what it means? Would also give us a chance to test the "Conservatoire" too.
We buy a lot of stuff from their main distributor as well.
