I don’t know if any of us have that kind of knowledge, but we don’t know how straight the bow is because you have no photos showing the entire length of the bow to see how straight it is, and the camber(? the curve?), or the tip. 

A bow is more than just the frog. The entire bow is important.

One member always says Maestro Net. You could also google the bow and google violin bow appraisers.
