Fiddlershop customers.

We have never spoken about or given much thought to Yelp, but I noticed yesterday when a customer visited our old physical address that we have a Yelp listing.

When I found out how to make changes to our address I also noticed that we do not have many reviews.
Also, one bad review out of 3. I'm not going to make excuses for that bad review (shame on us) but I would love if any of you who have dealt with Fiddlershop would take the time to write a review to help us out. :) Even if it's negative, we appreciate all input so that we may improve.

Added my review :) I think google maps also has a place to review businesses. I used to manage all the address/review sites at work when we did residential work, I think the main ones I checked up on were Google maps, Yahoo maps and Yelp.

Review has been left. :)  STUPER STELLER!!!

Also as you get more into Yelp.  Please remember even if you get a bad review, you can talk to Yelp about it, they don't remove but they can make less visible. Also you can sent a nice public reply.  Also if you get a bad review. If you know who the customer is, after a time you can ask your customer to update or revise the review if they feel inclined.

I deal with Yelp at my job. :)  (BB, Angie's List, Yelp... etc)

Thanks so much to all of you!
Just adding a few reviews changes the look of the ratings so much. We had 3 reviews, two 5 star and one 2 star which affected our total ratings so much. This helps so much.

I worked for 12 hours to post this review and could not get it done.  The next time I go to the library I will get this posted to Yelp.  I put it here so that I don't forget and to make it easy to copy and paste.

Pierre is a professional violinist who has the knowledge to purchase and supply only the best items, letting other suppliers handle the rest.  My Fiddlerman Soloist violin is a joy to play and hear.  The Fiddlerman Bow is by far my best bow.  I use Fiddlerman strings, rosin and shoulder rest.  I always look forward to calling FiddlerShop to place an order.  It is the high point of my day
