I have converted my .mov to MP4. It is 17 MB which is size compatible with my e mail server up to 25MB. Can I e mail my file directly to fiddlerman or do I still need to use dropbox for some other reason?

You cannot email them. You need to use Dropbox, Drive, or whatever the others were. I will see if I can find the page in how to submit and post it here.
