Exactly. It's created in our minds. Cool story Barry. You miss playing in FreeFlight?

Oh, I dont know Pierre. It had its good times and of course I enjoyed making music. But I dont miss the bar scene , getting to old for that craziness .  A friend had a video of us playing that he showed me ,and LeeAnn saw it and said, wow, you used to be cool..LOL

I am on for a cheerleader for Street Jelly.

It has 100% to do with my computer.  I got the mic and cam.  Something has happened to my computer.  I have spent a long time troubleshooting. Reached out to techies for help.. .Den, PF... etc... I have done everything short of a new laptop to try to get ready for Street Jelly, unfortunately, I can't fix the computer and web cam situation.

So anyway.. I get off work at 2.. I will bring snacks, and wine and watch the lovely FiddleFest.  I am so excited.

I hope we get a posted schedule of the  FM fidders so I can have a "program" for the event.   :)

LOL at program for the event - for poor ol' @Ferret the 22nd will be close to "over before it has begun" being in Oz-land....   I currently "appear" to be the first performer listed (not because I WANT to be first - FAR from it - it's a time thing - that's 10pm for me - lord alone knows what I'll sound like ) - I intend to do only 30 mins and pop in a couple more 30 mi gaps over the 24-hour period - wherever that "24 hours starts and ends from" - which is not obvious - I "assume" it's something like CST time zone... dunno - tell you what - let's JUST KEEP PLAYING !!!!!!    LOLOL  Yeahhhhh

See yah there, cheering us on !

Well Bill, I'm scheduled for 3pm, too early for happy hour here so I'll no doubt be more than a little nervous... you on the other hand will be waaaay past happy hour so we can all expect a very relaxed and wonderful performance from you! LoL

Funny thing about playing and drinking. I've done both, both little and a lot (as a test of course ;)) and the results can be very interesting. Drink a little and you feel better and think that you are playing better. Sometimes you are playing better because you are a bit more relaxed but sometimes you just think you are because you are relaxed and if someone records it..... LOL
Drink a lot and you loose control.
Of course it always depends on how used to it you are and your tolerance.
It goes hand in hand with playing in some bands. ;)

It's been six year's since I've drank alcohol and let me tell you I've done my share of it in my lifetime, but I can tell you one thing, alcohol does not improve our performance. We may think it does, but the truth is is that when doing anything, we need all our faculties about us.

So...... "Here's to you and here's to me may we never disagree, cause if we do, may old acquaintance be forgotten".

LOL, not the lyrics I learned, but this is a censored site.  rofl
