Here it is, 3 years later & just saw I got a msg a few days ago... it was from the Orchestra, with a link to where I could purchase the sheet music (ALL string parts + mp3)!  I might be able to get by with just the samples at this point (a bit pricey even for individual movements), we'll see - at least I'm glad I've been reminded to work on this beautiful music!

https://www.halidonmusic.com/e.....p-129.html

I was obviously SO focused on the 2 movements of the performance I liked, I guess I didn't realize that Halidon Music showed the link in the description of this full performance recording!  ...because there was NO LINK to info with any of the Orchestra's videos! 🥴  Jeez, hope I'm more observant now.

There are 12 movements!  These are the two I LOVE... but I've listened to the whole performance again & have to say I like even more, now.

Now that my attention has been diverted to Litvinovsky, I had to look at more - there's just something magical about his music to me.

I now remember "Le Grand Cahier" was based on a disturbing novel, turned into a  film called "The Notebook" (trailer) about twins sent to their Grandmother for safety during WW2 (they weren't really safe).  🤔... I know I wrote about this 'some' where!

Am I feeling a little 'John Williams' in here?
