I'm pretty sure this book has been mentioned, but wanted to make it easy to find. 

The Gettysburg Collection is a book of Old Time Fiddle Tunes.  "522 Reels, Rags, and Waltzes Transcribed From Jams, Workshops, Festivals and Recordings by John S. Lamancusa."
