The deadline for the 2023 Group Christmas Project submissions has now been extended to Monday the 11th of December.







This is my variation of this tune, towards the end you may notice my eyes flicker upwards , I was looking at a sparrow which landed in a bush just outside my window, they often come down when I play not sure if they enjoy it, or they are the worlds worst critics lol.

@stringy Great playing, nice tempo. Your ornaments sound really good—natural, not forced.
I think it is a good sign if the birds are coming to listen to you. One of the times my teacher & I played at a nursing home, she was playing a hymn on her own, and a resident parakeet started dancing around & singing his head off—I wish I had thought to record it with my phone, it was amazing. The birds know when it’s right
Characterize people by their actions and you will never be fooled by their words.

I love birds, I spend hours watching them sometimes they can be very amusing, they have their own hierarchy. I wish you had managed to film that Parakeet, I would love to have seen it, it obviously was enjoying it;)
