Aloha everyone,

I was wandering around the web (work has really slowed down due to this being Thanksgiving week) and I found Ryan's massive collection on violinsheetmusic.org.  I linked to the parent page as there may be some other collections in which you are interested.  This is a massive amount of sheet music and I just wanted to share what I found.

This FABULOUS Violin Sheet Music - Collections link in the OP is still good!

TWELVE pdf download Collections in all - "Ryan's Mammoth pdf Collection" is only ONE of them.

It's 293 pages!

Tune type (reel, jig, etc...) is indicated in the Names/Titles, but the alphbetical 'Table of Contents' is at the end - starting on pg 270. "Fourty Studies For The Violin": Designed For Those Not Having The Advantage of a Teacher - notes on bowing, starts on pg 266.

List of the other Violin Collections:

  • Favorite Duets
  • Favorite Operas for Violin & Piano

  • Religious Meditations

I didn't even check to see if this was listed in the Archives Thread - in case someone is searching for sheet music to a specific tune.

Most of the other Collections are Classical Violin music scores.
