I modified a cranberry muffin recipe my sister-in-law gave me. It is a good recipe as is.

I made Blueberry Creamcheese Muffins with it. I used a lot of fresh blueberries, sweetened soft creamcheese (filling and on top), added 2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp nutmeg (will use 1 tsp next time)

I cut the end one in half and did my famous “Quality Control Check” with one half. 😁

@MoonShadows

Thanks.

LOL Nice try. I will be giving some to my son, and my favorite bother and sister-in-law (If they are out our way and stop in before they are gone). I will be freezing mlst of them and take them out when needed.

I do think there may be a few too many blueberries, so I will cut back next time. They are good with fresh cranberries, too. Good thing because the original recipe is for cranberries.

Looks good CID, my wife loves to cook but especially she love to bake, for Valentines dinner the wife and I collaborated on cooking a Benihana style dinner for us and a her dad and brother, she made the sauces and preped the vegetables etc. Then I manned the grill and cooked every thing then we topped it off with a very good chocolate  cake and vanilla icecream.
