@Katie L Great playing! It is tricky—I have a book of Christmas tunes with this in it, & I remember the first time I tried to play it, my bowing felt so discombobulated! You’ve done good work on it—smile

Thanks Sharon, its a bit thin on the ground at the moment, I was going to ask you about how exactly you do your duet set ups, I dont have much electeronic  gear, but I waswondering how its done, very complicated?

@stringy  I've posted a reply here in the topic about recording duets:

@Katie M

Well done, I concur with what others have said sounding good.

Christmas in July sound good to me, but don't ask the wife she growls if I play Christmas music other than the day after Thanksgiving up to and including Christmas day after that she's on the war path again if I Stat playing Christmas music, party proper she is.

@SharonC -

SUPER!

Great old spiritual - really sounded wonderful as a duet!

You always kick the Parties up a notch!

Thanks for sharing this tune!

...was thinking I didn't have anything to play for this Party, but looks like I might. 😊

Brilliant stuff Sharon, I think you give it a baroque feel, love watching your duets.

I looked at your post about making them as well, thanks for that, dont think I will be attempting it though;)

@ELCBK  @stringy  @ABitRusty  Thanks all!

I thought "boat" and this was the 1st tune I thought of.  I tried to be a little creative with a harmony part--bit of a stretch, but hey, I figured I try it out--thanks for indulging me 😜

@ sharonc when I was watching I thought the harmony was probably the more difficult one of those and you did it.

"I figured I try it out--thanks for indulging me.."

that needs to be my profile quote 🤣  I totally get it.  theres times after messing with stuff posting a share sorta allows a move on in the brain and also helps memorizing and learning stuff.  more useful than realize in that way.

@Mark Thanks! I thought I had forgotten about it, too, and then I thought of it with the word "boat" - go figure smile

@ABitRusty yes, I think I definitely need to "move on in the brain" laugh
