If you're talking about the current group project, Game of Thrones, you haven't missed anything, it's just running late. Like a few months late. Pierre (Fiddlerman) has been quite busy lately, and hasn't had the time to do things like making the backing track.
(I suspect he committed to a number of different things, all of which were reasonable at the time, but some of which grew, leaving him very short on minutes.)
He hasn't said anything explicitly about it, other than that he still wants to do it, but none of the infrastructure (the backing/tempo track, the recordings of each part, for people who don't read music, etc.)
( @Fiddlerman, if you read this, you might take long enough to post what's needed. Some of the better players might be able to take some of the load off you.)

Charles and Fiddlerman, I think someone else posted this audio of the whole project, just stripped from the original video, as a start. Are we not able to call this our clicktrack base, or is it too complex with the initial fadein etc. Maybe there is a way to add the count and clicktrack into the beginning to help with the first two bars.
I have been practising violin parts 4, 5 and 6. I noticed in bar 6 for parts 5 and 6 there is an F. It sounds quite wonky, while in part 4 it is a C in that bar. I wondered if this is an error when translating from the original parts. I think C works way better. (but I don't know much so please try it out yourselves, I could be way off base).
Fiddlerman, as Charles asked, just list some tasks and delegate, we will take a stab at some of this.

I've measured the example track that intrepidgirl provided at 180 BPM. If we want it to be as much like the original as possible, that should be the target.
I've noticed some of the other projects seem to be slowed down some. If we want to do that, I'd recommend 160 BPM. I tried it at 150, and it seemed to drag a bit.

I was counting eighth notes, since it's written in 12/8. Each triplet (which is actually four notes, an eighth, an eighth, then two sixteenths) is 3 beats, for a total of 12 for the measure.
I think you meant 90, if you're counting quarter notes. (180/2=90).
If you really did mean 60, please explain it in more detail. I can understand it being 6/4 instead of 12/8, but if the 180 in 12/8 somehow equates to 60, there's something I'm not getting.
I can see how you could treat it as 4/4, playing triplets, but what about the measures with a dotted whole note? Do we play them as four beats, or change back to 6/4 and play them as six beats? As the saying goes, "I'm so confused...."
Hi guys -
Some folks were looking for viola parts - I have put this together - it's on a separate page - and equally - let's allow @Fiddlerman to validate it (or not!) before anyone actually commits to it... it sort of looks and sounds reasonable to me...

Thanks so much Bill. I'll check that out soon when I find some time though I feel confident that it is correct. :)...
LOL - very welcome bro' - I appreciate your confidence in me !!!! Hahahaha ! Glad to help out, Pierre, I know you've been busy, even tho I suspect I won't actually take part in this one ( I'm being driven by other things at the moment ! )

Bill, why in the world will you NOT participate in this one? Do you not like the music? Does it make any difference if I insist?
I haven't readjusted the deadline but I will do that very soon.
How much time do you all need after I post the playback file?
ROFL - sounds like when I used to work full-time and was getting a telling-off by my boss for being "too far out there" (yeah, I was told that once, and, no, I wasn't "on" anything) ! @Fiddlerman - nah - it's just a case of the old "alligators up to the a$$" here while "I'm trying to drain the darned swamp" LOLOL - I have a shed-load of cr4p going on - and a mountain of tunes and other stuff I'm working on.
Of course I love the GOT music ! Great tune, and fine arrangement bro' - I've long-since put all parts into MuseScore and have indeed had the occasional play-along....LOL ( i.e. my own "click" / play-along tracks )
Hmmmm...
Does it make any difference if I insist?
Oh well - yah got me there ! "If you insist, how can I resist?" Happy bunny !
Man, you know I'm kidding with yah - seriously - If I do get a chance I certainly shall participate - I had just kind of "discounted it for now" because of the uncertain deadline - and other "life-pressures" (still running back and fro to Edinburgh to sort various things out) - it just left me "uncertain" about being able to contribute - no other reason at all - well other than the 100 other tunes in my head screaming at me "play me, play me"... so they of course "make their own demands" somehow - can't really explain it... I'm just a lost-boy !
Let's see what I can do.
You asked - timescales after playback-file is available - well that doesn't matter too much to me personally other than "fitting it in" with my own schedule - two weeks would work for me - which would give me at least one definitely clear weekend to do a couple of tracks - others may prefer a bit longer... dunno ?
LOL - @Fiddlerman - the best "Boss" I've ever had -
