That was very nice. Thank you.

Please ignore any typos. My typing ability on a real typewriter did not transfer to these device key pads.

@stringy -

That was really enjoyable!

Did you quicken the pace?  Bravo, for trying vibrato!  ... and I think I noticed more ornamentation.  I wanted to go back to compare what changed, but you'd already taken your other video down. (sigh)

So, you found a teacher?  I personally think you're doing very well on your own, but I'm curious to hear what you think after a few lessons.

I don't see vanity.  I see big-hearted, sharing - so, Thank You!

Thanks Emily, I took the other one down because I didnt want lots of versions of the same tune on you tube🙂 I have speeded it up a bit I thought it was a touch to slow, I am working on my vibrato as well, ots quite funny, under the ear it sounds strong, then played bqck it sounds weak, it will get better though.

The teacher I have found lives close by but with the virus it will probably be a while before I get any lessons and even then it will only be a couple of half hours a month due to expense, but is better than nothing, she is supposed to be very good, young girl who has played with several orchestras, just worry qhat she will think of an old bloke going for lessons.

stringy

I see definite improvement from first video,

I personally have had 2 young pups for teachers, both were very supportive of helping an old fossil learn the fiddle.

I know personally that I have a good time at lessons, hope you do also.
